Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
ThinkCalling is run by Allen Dunn, trading as ThinkCalling. This policy explains what personal information the ThinkCalling website and waitlist use, why, and who processes it. For any question about your information, email info@thinkcalling.com.
What the waitlist form collects
When you join the waitlist we store your name, business name, work email address, who answers your customer calls, what you would like assessed, and the time you gave your consent. We use these details only to reply to you about the pilot. We do not add you to marketing lists from this form, and submitting it does not place any call.
Please do not put your customers' personal details in the free-text box. Describe the situation in general terms.
Accounts
If you create an account we store your name, email address, a hash of your password (we never store the password itself), your organisation name, and any businesses and phone numbers you add.
Calls, recordings and transcripts
Live test calls are switched off. No call is placed to any business number, and no call audio is recorded. Simulated tests create a transcript and a report inside an account, without audio. This page will be updated before any live call is offered.
Who processes information for us
- Website hosting: Vercel.
- Database: Neon (PostgreSQL).
Other integrations exist in the software for future live calls, analysis and billing. They are not used for the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We have not yet set fixed retention periods, and we do not have an automated deletion process. Contact us with questions about the information we hold about you.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Security
Passwords are stored as hashes. Telephony webhooks check a request signature before processing it. Each account only sees its own businesses and tests.
