Terms of service

These terms cover use of the ThinkCalling website, waitlist and accounts. ThinkCalling is run by Allen Dunn, trading as ThinkCalling. Questions: info@thinkcalling.com.

1. Waitlist and pilot

This is a pilot waitlist. Joining creates no charge. Availability and pricing will be confirmed before anyone takes part. No price or start date has been set yet.

Pilot terms, including any price, will be agreed in writing with each business before it takes part. Nothing on this site is an offer of a paid service.

2. Live calls are switched off

ThinkCalling does not place live calls to business numbers at the moment. Simulated tests show the report format and do not contact anyone.

3. Sample reports

The example report on this site describes a fictional business and a simulated call. It is not a report about a real business.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for what happens under your account. Use ThinkCalling only for lawful purposes, and do not use it to contact anyone who has not agreed to it.

5. Availability

ThinkCalling is in development. It may change, be unavailable for periods of time, or be withdrawn.
